Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship from Croatia and we ship worldwide. Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days from the day of ordering. The time it takes for your order to reach you when the product is shipped depends on the type of shipping for your country and the shipping you selected.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit, but we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

International Customs & Duties:

BLOTNEJ is a Croatian based company. All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
