Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

 

We ship from Croatia and we ship worldwide.Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days from the day of ordering.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit, but we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

 

International Customs & Duties:

BLOTNEJ is a Croatian based company. All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

All orders are final and we unfortuntely can't give refunds unless the item is damaged which is unlikely because we inspect all of our products for faults and damages before we ship them. But if your item has any problems you should contact info@blotnej.com within 5 days of delivery, otherwise we will not be able to give you a refund or an exchange.

We do not give refunds or exchanges if you purchased a size that doesen't fit you so please be careful when choosing a size. We will have a size chart for all of our products and we can even recommend you a size if you contact us about it: info@blotnej.com , instagram: @blotnejclo

Items that you want to return need to be in new, unused, unworn and unwashed condition.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the returned items and we will cover shipping costs for
sending you a different item or a refund.
